Adaptive Leadership and Leading Change

Module Description

Winston Churchill said, “To improve is to change; to be perfect is to change often.” However, many healthcare organizations, especially those in resource-scarce environments, are suffering from change fatigue. This module provides an overview of change management and the critical role of adaptive leadership. It demonstrates how technical changes alone will fail to support the changes needed to meet future challenges and includes practical coaching for emerging leaders to address complex change within dynamic environments.
